This website may provide public educational content, protected student access, and links to external payment, community, scheduling, email, or social services. Those providers may process information under their own privacy policies.
Information you choose to share
If you contact Roy Wayne Wealth & Wellness, the information you provide may be used to respond, deliver support, maintain records, protect the service, and improve the member experience. Do not send sensitive personal, financial, medical, or account credentials through ordinary email or public community channels.
Protected access
Student sign-in and access controls may use account identity information to determine whether protected educational content is available. Access records should be limited to what is needed for security, support, and delivery.
Trading Journal data
When you use the free Roy Wayne Trading Journal, the website stores the account identity needed to keep your journal private, your time-zone preference, trade plans, manual fills, fees, personal rules, decision reviews, notes, optional screenshots, and entry-sharing choices. Journal access is separate from paid course and membership entitlements.
Private screenshots and sharing
Journal entries and screenshots are private by default. Screenshots are restricted to supported image formats and size limits and are delivered through protected access. Roy Wayne can view only a specific entry and its attachments after you intentionally share that entry for educational review. You may revoke that permission at any time. Journal information is not automatically posted to Discord, social media, a leaderboard, or other members.
Your journal controls
You may edit or delete entries and individual fills from your private journal. Journal deletion is limited to the selected journal records; it does not delete your Roy Wayne member account, course purchases, memberships, coaching records, public reviews, or unrelated business records.
Review submissions
When you submit a review, the website stores the display name, selected service or division, star rating, written review, and submission time. Approved reviews may be displayed publicly. Do not include private financial, account, health, or other sensitive information in a review.
Security
No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Never submit brokerage passwords, bank passwords, private keys, seed phrases, Social Security numbers, or payment card details through this website.
