Practical help.
Responsible support.

The Roy Wayne Community Assistance Network is being built to help people facing hardship connect with basic necessities, verified resources, responsible mentorship, and a clear next step forward.

Why I am building this

A foundation of sacrifice, love, and second chances.

My grandparents put their own lives on hold to raise my brother and me. They were great and wonderful people who gave us a stable home, guidance, discipline, love, and a foundation for our lives. I will always honor the sacrifices they made for us. Much of the man I became comes from what they taught me.

I was raised by my grandparents, not by my biological parents. I still knew my biological parents and saw them regularly, so their struggles were never far from me. My father served in the Marines and later struggled with alcoholism. My mother struggled with drug addiction. I did not live with either of them, but I saw those realities up close.

My own path included foster care, college, incarceration, and rebuilding after a felony conviction. Those experiences are why I want to help people find practical resources, regain stability, and move forward. Through Roy Wayne Wealth & Wellness, we will provide the help responsible citizens can offer and connect people with qualified professionals whenever a need is outside our role.

The assistance network

Support built around real-life needs.

Each service will open only when the right people, partners, funding, records, and safety protections are in place.

01

Basic Needs & Hardship Support

Food, toiletries, basic household supplies, clothing, shoes, work uniforms, and carefully controlled help with verified essential bills.

Donated goods, partner resources, restricted vouchers, and direct vendor payments when approved.
02

Jobs, Reentry & Second Chances

Job-search support, résumé help, training and trade introductions, and practical navigation for people rebuilding after incarceration or a felony conviction.

Resource navigation, application support, workshops, and connections to qualified employment partners.
03

Housing & Transportation Navigation

Connections to shelter and housing resources, public-transit information, transit passes when available, and help coordinating approved transportation.

Established transportation providers and resource partners first; no guaranteed housing or emergency transportation.
04

Mentorship & Life Stability

Adult mentorship, goal planning, life-skills support, responsible crisis-resource connections, and introductions to people who can teach useful trades.

Group adult mentoring begins first. One-to-one youth mentoring waits until child-safety protections are in place.
05

Older Adult Connection

Scheduled friendly calls, food-resource coordination, delivery support through approved partners, appointment ride coordination, and genuine social connection.

Friendly check-ins and referrals first. Home visits and formal companionship require additional safeguards.
06

Veteran & Recovery Resources

Connections to veteran benefits, peer support, qualified recovery programs, treatment providers, and crisis resources for individuals and families.

We connect people with the VA, licensed professionals, recovery groups, and established community organizations.

Accountability with dignity

How assistance will work.

Proof should match the help requested. We will collect only what is needed, protect private information, and prefer direct payment to a verified provider over unrestricted cash.

  1. 01
Request the right kind of help

A simple request process will identify the need, household, service area, and best available resource.

  2. 02
    Confirm the need privately

Only need-specific documents will be requested, such as a current bill, shutoff notice, work requirement, or trip purpose.

  3. 03
    Use controlled support

When approved, the preferred method is donated goods, a restricted voucher, or payment directly to the verified provider.

  4. 04
    Record the result

Receipts or redacted screenshots may be used when appropriate. No recipient will be required to display private hardship publicly.

Household assistance limits

Clear limits. Fair review. No automatic entitlement.

All help depends on verified need, available funds or inventory, current demand, and the program's approved category limits.

30 days

Food & essentials

Food, toiletries, and basic household supplies may be available once per household during a rolling 30-day period, based on documented need and available inventory.

90 days

Bills & hardship payments

Direct financial assistance for rent, utilities, essential bills, emergency lodging, and similar hardship expenses is limited to one approved payment package per household during a rolling 90-day period.

Case by case

Clothing & work items

Clothing, shoes, work uniforms, and similar non-cash items are reviewed according to the need, urgency, and available donated inventory.

No frequency limit

Free navigation

Referrals, workshops, friendly check-ins, resource navigation, and application help do not count against the 30-day or 90-day assistance limits.

Citizen support with firm boundaries

Help people without pretending to be professionals.

The network will not provide medical care or diagnosis, medication advice or handling, mental-health counseling, substance-use treatment, legal advice or representation, emergency response, or guaranteed financial or housing assistance.

When a need is outside our role, we will connect the person with qualified organizations and professionals. Call 911 for immediate danger. Call or text 988 for mental-health, emotional-distress, suicide, or alcohol and drug-use concerns.

Funding preparation

An official campaign with transparent records.

An official GoFundMe and local community campaign are planned. They will not open until the proper Florida fundraising path, public disclosures, receiving account, and separate financial tracking are confirmed. When the campaign opens, the public will be able to see what the money supports and receive anonymous progress updates without exposing recipients.

Success Should Multiply
